🏡 House Rules – A Few Things to Know Before You Book
Cabin 805 is designed as a calm, comfortable space for solo travelers, remote workers, and quiet getaways. To help us maintain the peaceful vibe for every guest — and to protect the space — we ask that you review and agree to the following:
🚭 No Smoking (Inside)
We keep the air fresh and clean for all guests. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the cabin. You’re welcome to enjoy the decks — just step 10 feet away from any door or window and dispose of anything responsibly. (No butts, no buts!)
👥 Maximum of 4 Guests + 1 Car
The cabin is ideal for 1–2 guests, but we allow up to 4. Please note:
Only 1 vehicle may park on-site
No street parking is permitted (it’s a narrow, quiet road)
If you’re traveling solo or as a couple — you’ll be especially comfortable here.
👤 Booking Guest Must Be 21+
The person booking the stay must be at least 21 years old and staying at the property throughout the reservation.
🐶 1 Dog Welcome (With Approval)
We’re pet-friendly — with a few boundaries to keep the space clean and cozy for everyone:
One dog max per stay
Please request approval in advance
A $50 allergen cleaning fee applies
No pets on beds or furniture, please

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in.
Security Deposit: Refundable security depsit is done through a third-party insurance provider to enjoy peace of mind for both of us during your stay, should accidents and damage occur.

We do our best to keep policies clear and fair so everyone can enjoy a smooth, respectful stay. Please review the following:
Pet Allergen Cleaning Fee – $50
If a dog has been approved as part of your reservation, this fee helps cover additional cleaning to protect future guests with allergies.
Late Check-Out Fine – $250 per day or current nightly rate
Guests must request any late check-out at least 24 hours in advance. Approval is not guaranteed.
Unauthorized late departures may result in a fine of $250/day or the full seasonal nightly rate, whichever is higher.
Tampering with Fire Safety Equipment – $500
Disabling or tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or other safety devices is strictly prohibited.

Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the cabin. Evidence of indoor smoking (including odor, ashes, or residue) will result in a $500 fine and may trigger additional cleaning fees.
